one of the best books ever

This book gives new meaning to the word WOW!! The story is amazing and you truly care for the characters at the end. I don't know how else to describe this great book. Even if you are not normally interested in this type of book you need to read it.

Frist I read of his, last I'll read. No clue why he sold enough

Frist I read of his, last I'll read. No clue why he sold enough to have as many books published as it shows. Terrible. Horrible. Didn't get to 100 pages before wanting to vomit and stop reading.

Overly trite, cardboard characters, simplistic plot, bad writing. Horrendous.

If this kept me hooked, everyone should read.

Iam usually a person who picks up a book and if not completely hooked within 50-60 pages I'm done with it. WELL GUESS WHAT THIS ONE ROCKS!!!! Constant twists and foreshadowing its great, a must read for anyone.

    Very Nice

I was hesitant to read this book, after experiencing the greatness created by authors such as Goodkind, Eddings, etc, but please don't make the same mistake I did. This story keeps you at the edge of your seat with action and characters that mature and grow. I'm on to read the rest of the triology.

    Excellent

This is one of the greatest books I've read. It combines Nordic religion and tradition with martial training, magic, and a well developed fictional world. This book can be read as a stand alone but fits very well with the other 5 books on the Renshai. Again, Excellent.
