This book was a great tool I used when I decided to quit smoking, after having been a smoker for 25 years. When I started reading the book, I was smoking 1 1/2 packs a day. By the time I got half way through the book, I was down to 2 ciggarettes a day. Then I quit. I was able to relate to alot of the people interviewed in this book. They were ordinary smokers like myself. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to quit.
