    'THE LAST RUN' IS OUTSTANDING

Fast pase reading makes this book a must read. It combines hunor and sadness as well as the overwhelming feeling that your in the the faded fatigues and worn boots. This book makes you feel the alice pack and the cold but safe feeling of the troops m-16s. This book as well as all of Scott's books with make you both laugh out loud and cry.

Charlie Mike was the start and The Last Run was the end

The Last Run was the second half to book Charlie Mike.Having read both, it's a complete story. Moving in and out of time and feelings is what Leonard B. Scott does best.Making you part of the story, like you were there in the book seeing, smelling and feeling whats happening.

ANOTHER GREAT BOOK BY L. SCOTT!

What a great read! I expected nothing less. Scott writes with an intensity that is rarely seen. I enjoyed all of his books and hope he continues to write. If you are or were in the military you are sure to get a laugh a cry and a moment of reflection because every soldier can relate to Scott's characters.
