As far as I know, this is the summary for this book: "Murder. Love. Jealousy. And the ultimate sacrifice. Now, with Rose on trial for her life and Lissa first in line for the Royal Throne, nothing will ever be the same between them."
I can't wait for it to come out! I like Adrian as a character, but I am not sure that I like him with Rose. Dimitri obviously still loves her, but then again, Adrian does too. I just hope that this series doesn't turn out like the House of Night books where the girl has like four boyfriends. I hope she chooses one, and I hope it's Dimitri. He and her had planned a life together and they need to live it. I don't think it could ever work between her and Adrian, sorry to say.
I also am really curious about who killed Tatiana. I reread Spirit Bound like, five times and couldn't figure it out. It couldn't have been Victor Dashkov because there is no way he could get into Court to do it. But then it had to be someone close to Rose to be able to take her stake. I was sort of thinking Ambrose, but I also don't think that it was him. I just can't wait for Last Sacrifice! There was such a big cliff hanger and unresolved questions and emotions. This series is so amazing and I just want to keep rereading them!

While this is the final book in Rose's story I do believe mead left some questions open delibratly and we will be seeing more from these characters. Hopefully we will see a happy ending for everyone somewhere in the future.

This series is so great, I can't wait fo rthe last book to come out! I know everyone is sad the series is ending but if you go to Richelle's website she says this is the last book about Rose, she is starting a spinoff series!! I think I am going to have to read her other series too!!

It took me about 4 days to read them all, I couldn't put them down! Richelle Mead is an awesome writer, and the books kept me up night after night! Rose is the a badass who knows how to handle herself and I love that about her. I want Rose to find out who really murdered the queen and kick their ass for framing her! I am counting down the months until The Last Sacrifice comes out, although it will be a bitter sweet moment, because it is the last in the series!

I'm closer to thirty than 18 and I snuk into the teen section at my local b&n to read the first part of the series and became hooked after that. Mead's books are like alcohol, chocolate, and sex with your soulmate. No, as a matter of fact they are better because I passed up all of those on many occasions just to read the next chapter or two. My only complaint is that there is never a dull moment in any of the books so once you start to read you can't put it down and you get in trouble with your professor for reading in class or your boss for reading on the job. I loved this ending! Sigh...

B&N failed to respond to my request to provide a clean ebook file. There are miss prints every where..."?" marks show up in every other line...compromising what could be a wonderful book. I am dissappointed in Barnes and Nobles for failing to respond to my email and correcting this.

I love every book of this series. I love that Rose is a strong character compared to other similar books were the heroin is too fragile and whiny. This series is very addictive and I find myself unable to put the books down. I rush to get them when they first debut and after I finish reading in less than a day, I am anticipating the next installment for months. But the anticipation is always worth it. Vampire Academy is such a great read, my boyfriend is reading it as well. He loves it just as much as I do. It's sad that this will be the last book but I'm anxious to see how it all ends. I definitely could have kept reading this series. I love all the characters and am truly torn between Adrian and Dimitri. It's inevitable that Rose will end up with some one but WHO? I'm wondering if they will kill off Adrian or Dimitri to satisfy the reader with the choice of who Rose ends up with. Or maybe pair off one of the guys with another girl. It's not often I find that an author just leaves the third wheel alone. I'm also wondering who killed the queen and who Lissa's sibling might be. I have theories but only time will tell if I'm right. December cannot get here soon enough!!!!

I gave this book 3 stars. I really wanted to give it more, but the truth is that I LIKED it, I didn't LOVE it. I am going to try really hard not to give away any spoilers here. I thought the book was fairly slow paced - boring in spots. It's such a big book (594 pages), and I think some details could have been left out. I'm not really a fan of Lissa - not that I don't like her, I just don't really have an interest in what happens in her world. Rose often gets into Lissa's mind to see what is going on, and I felt like those parts were uninteresting. My favorite characters are Rose and Dimitri, I've been waiting for what seems like years for them to be together. He is Rose's bodyguard through most of the book, but I just felt that he was too "cold" to her. Basically, she went through hell to save him in past books and he acted like it was all thanks to Lissa. After the way he had treated Rose after she saved him, he should have been down on his knees begging for forgiveness. In the end, I still don't think he showed enough gratitude.
Adrian is a character I really like. I feel really bad for him and the way things ended up. I've read on Richelle Mead's website that there is a spin-off series called Bloodlines - and I think Adrian will be in that. Also, there are some loose-ends in Last Sacrifice - but they will be explained in the spin-off series. It doesn't come out until August though, ugh! I am really looking forward to reading it - luckily I have tons of other books on my to-read list that will keep me busy until then!

All i can say is that this is one of the best books out there! It is amazing, it makes you crave more. You wonder what will happen to Rose, Adrian, Queen Tatianna, Dimitri, Christian, Lissa, and many of the other characters. The highlights of this book were making Dymatri a dhyampir once again, the relationship between Rose and Adrian, the relationship between Lissa and Christian, the many battles with the stigori, the jail break in, graduation, Las Vegas, and the possibility of Rose murdering Queen Tatianna. This book ended with many questions, i cannot wait until the next book comes out. I need to know what happens.
Richelle Mead is an amazing author i recomend this book to any teenager or adult if you want a good read. It is suspensful, action packed, romantic, and has vampires of course. You will not regret reading this series.

I pre ordered this book and now i am reading it and i find it hard to read clearly becuase of the all the question marks all over the page.they are where other punctuation should be.when im readin im asking my self is she asking a question or not,every to sentences is a question mark.so if the text is stating a question the reader wont know because of the all the miss print punctuation. I know it will be A GOOD BOOK but its a set back,sucks after waiting so long for this book to release.
i feel for all the other e book readers who are having the same problem

I can't wait for this book to come out! I will be sad when this series ends. I have enjoyed seeing what Rose is going to do next. I like how Rose is strong and doesn't need anyone to hold her hand through difficult times, but I am sure she doesn't mind having Dimitri or Adrian by her side. Her relationship with Lissa is complicated to say the least.I'm not sure how to feel about the relationship between the two. I am more than ready for this book to come out.

This series is my favorite. Hands down. It had me hooked from the first book and has continued to hold me captivated. Just when you think you know whats going to happen, the story erupts and keeps you panting on the edge of your seat. Rose is such a strong person, and makes you want to be just like her. And the guys...WOW!!!....I was completely in love with Dimitri...and balled my eyes out when...(well if you've read the series you know what part i'm talking about)...it happened. Then Adrian and Rose's relationship started and I fell for him too. So now...since Dimitri's back, I'm wondering whats gonna happen. Who is Rose gonna pick? I can't wait for this book to come out. The wait is killing me!!!
P.S. If you haven't read this series....You need to go get it. It's a keeper!!!!

i absolutely cannot wait for this book to come out. i love this series so much that i check constantly to see if there's more books coming out. i want to know what is going to happen with Rose and Dimitri. i want them to be together but it's just so complicated I want this book to come out because i know it will be good and thrilling. i Hope that its as good as i expect it will be.

The Last Sacrifice displays amazing details throughout the story that keep the reader hooked and wanting more. Reading this book allows the reader to work their brains to the fullest, always having the reader to wonder, guess, and wanting to know. The description and characteristics of the characters in this story are exactly how the reader would want them to be. This book takes the reader on a journey as though they were characters themselves, being engrossed in the story line. The Last Sacrifice is a book to be reckoned with.
