This story is truly a reality check. Often times we want to make excuses for behaviors we know are unacceptable but instead of dealing with the issue we look to a scapegoat.. Instead of this call leading to a "tongue lashing" this caller finds herself succumbed to the voice on the other end leading her to at a crossroad to make decisions about her future.

A very quick read. Straight to the point.
