Condition: Like New
1989 Hardcover 1st Edition? , 1st Printing? Near Fine to Fine. No Dj Issued This is probably the 1st edition; no statement of later printing on the copyright page. 509 pages in ... an attractive/durable full-cloth binding with gold on black stamping on spine and front. The book includes four Appendices: A. First-Wave Standardized Documents, B. Adjustable Rate Notes and Riders, C. Deed of Trust, D. Fixed and Adjustable Rate Notes. Also includes a Table of Cases and an Index. Very nice copy: VERY minor bumping at two upper corners of boards, TINY bit of wear of lettering on binding. It also has a vertical cut in the rear fixed endpaper. I don't think it's a flaw: I have another book in this series, it has the same cut. The cut is perfectly straight and an object can be inserted into it. So I think the book was issued with the cut, apparently for some purpose I'm not aware of. Otherwise the book is in excellent condition with NO markings throughout. NOT an ex-library, NOT a book club, NOT a remainder. Near Fine Read more Show Less
