I have been following Valerie Orsoni's weight loss program (LeBootCamp) for 6 months and it is quite some treat to have this book of hers listing (almost all) her secret easy tips to get in shape without suffering endless hours at the gym...she likes to say "in shape no sweat". I agree with her approach.
The cover of the book attracts the eye as it is not using the usual colors used in fitness/healthy living books.
The layout if well done with nice, eye-candy graphics.
The tips are easy to understand and well explained.
I have lost 35 pounds on this program and I can only recommend Valerie's new book.
