Whether just launching your career or a seasoned professional, this book has a wide range of easily implemented tips and strategies to improve your career.  The author has found a way to clearly and concisely present fundamental elements of personal branding that allows you to control how you are seen and regarded by your professional peers.
In the two months or so since I've finished the book and begun applying some of its principles, I have already felt a marked shift in my office presence and interactions with my staff.  A definite read for ambitious professional types.

Excellent Read to Help Your Career

This book is very well written. Susan clearly describes steps to take to assess and improve your job skills, then goes on to explain how to market yourself within an existing organization. After reading the book I understand how some people work hard all their careers, but never move to influential positions in a corporation. You won't do that if you read the book! I am currently loaning the book to young co-workers as a 'must read.'

This book is a great set of tips, tools, and way of thinking about your career that I have used with my team--it gets passed around continously and we're all talking about whether we have 'good brand.' Super book.
