Information analyzed, micro-analyzed, reanalyzed, diagrams made, and analyzed again -- that is what this book contains. Rife with typos (no doubt even the proofreader was anesthetized) this book is impossible to enjoy. The small part that is relevant could have been condensed into 100 pages. No wonder physicians ridicule nurses' education! Good nurses appear in spite of the courses they are forced to take to acquire a BSN. Could we get back to good nursing, please? We are told to jump through the hoops quietly, and we take fluff course after course like herded sheep, knowing we are spending precious time frivolously. No wonder so many nurses balk at pursuing higher degrees! When will nursing educators stop inflating and micro-analyzing the material?

It isn't the subject matter that's horribly dry and boring.. It's the way the book is written. Not only shouldn't you buy this book, but if you have to borrow it from a classmate to read a chapter, be sure not to operate heavy machinery for a few hours. There oughta be a law against such uninspired writing. Really, I'm not exaggerating.
