He has over 15 years experience in leadership developing and mentoring teams, building organizational infrastructure, and positively influencing change.
Rick has an MA in Organizational Development and Management from Fielding Graduate University, one year graduate study in Theology from Oxford University, Oxford, England, a Teaching Credential from California Lutheran University, and a BA in English Literature from Westmont College.
