Overview

That succinct comment to the President, televised live from a "town hall" meeting in Omaha, moved Herman Cain from the Godfather's Pizza, Inc. corporate boardroom to boardrooms throughout America. That moment in time propelled this already renowned business leader and orator into the national arena and into his current involvement in American issues. That moment serves as an example of Herman Cain's exemplary leadership abilities -- to ask the right questions and to know how to make the most of the opportunities presented. Or as Jack Kemp attests, "using his determination ... to fashion extraordinary achievement out of ordinary circumstances." Now, Herman Cain inspires you to seize your moment and make a difference-with his insightful new book, Leadership Is Common Sense.

Herman Cain, affectionately and respectfully known as 'The Hermanator" for his unstoppable determination, forges with infectious enthusiasm into an "American Dream" story of his extraordinary rise from humble beginnings to his days of climbing the corporate ladder at Pillsbury and Burger King, and finally, to Godfather's Pizza, Inc. -- where he, in spite of its poor performance, led the management buyout of the company and miraculously turned it around from financial decline -- all with his common sense and "Three Plus Three" leadership ... Leadership Is Common Sense teaches us the value of having dreams with the motivation and passion to achieve them.
