    more from this reviewer

A neat little book with real world, time tested advice from a highly respected business leader

Browsing at Barnes and Noble, I found myself thinking how great it would be to be un-retired and working under the leadership of people who went by the basic rules of good management as put forth by George Hathaway in his book, "Leadership Secrets from the Executive Office." I could see myself becoming a much more effective employee, manager and leader in an organization that I would feel proud to be a part of. I love the way the book is organized with a nugget of "real world" advice on each of 146 pages along with an interesting quote from wide range of relevant leaders.
I plan to give this lovely and practical book to my son.

    Great Book

This is an easy read and should be re-read periodically to review these leadership best practices.
