I have used this book to help subordinates and adult student leaders analyze and advance their own leadership qualities. I have presented many copies as gifts to those who demonstrate strong interest in such personal leadership development. Years later former "students" have told me of their continuing use of this book in their professional lives.

Leadership Secrets of Attila the Hun by Wess Roberts (1985) was an appropriate book with the intentions of helping the reader to identify areas of weaknesses and strengths in his/her leadership abilities. Overall, you've got to choose those who desire to lead (Roberts, 1985).

Boy, what next Leadership Techniques of Adolph Hitler? Attila murdered millions of people and we admire his leadership techniques?  No wonder business is becoming as ruthless as Attila the Hun.

This book can teach you a lot, not only about leadership but also how to conduct yourself in everyday situations. A short book [110 pages] you will want to read it more then once. Definitely worth the time.

I never got past the title. It was so good, I bought the book and gifted it to my director so she can keep it displayed on her desk for when management comes to visit.
