An excellent insight into the driving factors of lasting change. Real examples help drive home the message. I highly recommend this book.

I was attracted to this book because... I’m researching leading with a sense of change and urgency. I am reading a lot of John Kotter. This concept fits my criteria. This book was about Even though the book is almost 20 years old, it is still valid steps to leading change. It provides an 8 step process every organization must go through to initiate change. Things I liked about this book I liked the organization and though behind the recommendations. I feel they are very valid observations Why you should read this book If you are experiencing change in any area of your life, you will find this study beneficial. This book lived up to the back cover copy This book met my requirements.
