    This book provides valuable tools for improving quality, speed, and complexity in organizations. As these tools will be implemented at the thinking level of the individual, team or organization, this book shoud be read along with Optimal Thinking 'Wiley'. Optimal Thinking will ensure that the tools are best utilized, and optimal results are secured.
