    Highly Recommended!

This book contains tons of tricks to make you an expert in Excel. Each topic is explained in a concise and even entertaining fashion. I particularly like the "Gotcha" section on a topic. If there is a common pitfall people fall into and you get those nasty error messages like #NUM or #VALUE, you may finally know what went wrong. Another useful feature is each topic shows you the commands to use if you are using the 1997 through 2003 versions. I am currently taking an Advanced Excel class and I have already passed on several tricks to the instructor that she had not been aware of. The only negative of the ebook is that there is no Index. However, I've purchased several other non-fiction ebooks and they don't have an index either, or if they do, there are no page numbers. So, if you really want an index, buy the hard copy. But, I love my Nook Color and I'm willing to put up with that. I can always do a search to look for the topic. Also, if you have the black & white Nook, I don't know how the graphics will read, but they are excellent on the Nook color.
