Best of the books I used to learn Italian including the text book we used in class. Takes it slow and easy giving you just enough to move forward to the next step. It's just to bad there wasn't a cd to go with it.

If you combine this with the Pimsleur conversational CD's, you'll really be on the fast track.

You'll not be fluent in Italain after this course but it's great and painless way to get accustomed to the language, its sounds and basic grammar. I had fun following this course
