An author, speaker, life-coach, seminar leader and radio host she is also most often recognized as the widow of Earl Nightingale, who with the writing and recording of his Gold Record recording of The Strangest Secret, launched the personal development industry, and with the founding of his company, gave entry to many of today's authors and speakers.

Earl Nightingale enjoyed a celebrity few experience; Recognized as the world's authority on success, Earl also enjoyed a radio career that spanned more than 40 years. His daily radio show, Our Changing World was heard worldwide and influenced the lives of people around the world.

Diana Nightingale does not stand in her husband's shadow, but shines brightly on her own. Prior to meeting Earl, she was a top producing Realtor, worked with teens in the inner city; sat on the board of her local mental health association and learned first-hand the importance of positive information. In 1987 Diana and Earl formed, Keys Publishing to take their work to future generations by, Unlocking Doors Through Education.

Since Earl's passing in 1989, Diana has continued to carry the torch alone and has continued the work they set in motion together.
