Overview

Over their distinguished careers, Warren Bennis and Joan Goldsmith have demonstrated how leaders are made, not born. I had to read this book for a class and it was quite possibly the worst book I have ever read in my life. The points covered in the book seemed to repeat themselves EVERY single chapter. I learned nothing from the book and it was very painful to read. I don't think it is possible to learn leadership from a book, or, at least this one.
