This is an excellent guitar book to start learning guitar. It is easy to understand and made it easy to learn how to tune my guitar and learn basics like the string names. I really liked the section on the history of guitar also! I have always wanted to learn to read music and thanks to this book now I can! Part two of book covers basic chords which is cool. I have already purchased a couple of song books and can't wait to jump in! Great bargain! I love my Nook !
