Leather Braidingby Bruce Grant, Larry Spinelli
Leather Braiding has stood for more than thirty years as the definitive book in its field. Grant's clearly written guide to the art of leather braiding contains detailed illustrations, step-by-step instructions, and a wealth of incidental, fascinating information. It makes accessible, to even the novice, serviceable and recreational uses of leather, from the simple but clever braided button to the elaborate results of thong applique. A basic book.

I started to read this book and had to skip the chapter on actually getting the hide and how to clean, de-hair and stretch it. Too much information for me. I want to learn about the actual braiding and will get some already made hide strips. Full of good information though.
