Not sure about the one rating for poor quality, as the date of the review predates this edition of the book.  I found very few character errors in this edition and felt the content was wonderful.  Must reading for anyone who engages in pulpit ministry and wants to be effective.

Great book however this version has a bad problem with its characters making it virtually unreadable.
