Lefty's 20 Golden Hits [Tee Vee]

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Cub Koda
A curious collection of Lefty from his early Columbia period all the way into later Nashville recordings, literally swamped in Nashville production. On the early honky tonkers like "Give Me More, More, More of Your Kisses," "How Long Will It Take to Stop Loving You," "Look What Thoughts Will Do," and "Don't Stay Away," his message comes through loud and clear. The later tracks range from reflective acoustic turns to lighter fare and recuts of early hits drenched in the Nashville trappings of the time. If you already have a real Lefty best-of, this is an okay addition, but it's sure no first-time/one-time purchase, not by a long shot.
