Volume II comprises 17 contributions that highlight the importance of his ideas on modern macroeconomic theories and demonstrate the influence of his thought in other fields such as public finance, sociology, politics and history. Contributions were originally published between 1943 and 1996. The volumes lack a subject index. Annotation c. Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
