This is a splendid book --- timely and up-to-date on recent and important technology law issues, including the internet. Must reading not only for lawyers, but for techies who are interested in the broader implications of trademark, patent, and copyright law. The analysis is sophisticated, but the writing style makes it easy to read and understand. I particularly liked how the internet is put in the context of other technology issues rather than being treated like a separate universe. A BIG PLUS is the web site connected to the book where Prof. Burgunder provides updates on this rapidly changing field. I recommend this book highly. Was this review helpful?
