This book was required reading for a course that I am taking. However, I would strongly recommend the book for any individual working who deals with students, faculty, and the outside community. The book is very well written in that the concepts discussed are easy to understand even for those of us who are not law students. Specific cases are used as a means to help the reader comprehend the subject matter. I plan to add this book to my personal library in my office.
