Meet the Author

William Putman was an instructor in the Legal Assistant Studies Program at Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as well as the Paralegal Studies Program at Santa Fe Community College, in Santa Fe, New Mexico for ten years. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, and has been a member of the New Mexico Bar since 1975.

Jennifer Albright was the Director of the Paralegal Studies and Judicial Studies programs at Central New Mexico Community College for six years. She was a full-time instructor in both programs for nine years. She is currently an adjunct faculty in Legal Assistant Studies at Phoenix College and pursuing her LL.M. at Arizona State University. Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law and has been a member of the New Mexico Bar since 1999.
