What first made me buy this series is the drawings so the drawings itself draws you in. The first time I read this manga for volume one, I wasn't as interested but as the story begins to unfold in the later volumes (volume 3 and up) then the story starts to get interesting. What I like about this manga is not only the drawings but the folk legends that they put into the story. If you have an interests in folk stories, this is the manga for you. There are several folk stories put into this series and the author has side notes that tell you the real folk story because she sort of puts a twist in her version to match her own story. There is some romance in this story but its not over powering of romance. This manga is more action than anything else (at least so far in this volume there is). Although in this volume, there is some kind of love going on between the main characters but I'm not sure...gotta read the next volume to find out more! I highly recommend this manga to any manga fans out there. It does get better as you read along.
