Volume Six is the high water mark for the JIm Shooter era, and the best volume of this series. So much happens in this time period, including the death of Ferro Lad, the Sun Eater, and the Fatal Five. During this time frame, the Legion stories were book length and Jim Shooter introduced a higher amount of characterization and depth to the heroes. And, as always, Curt Swan draws the Legion in definitive style.

If you like the Legion of Super-Heroes, you will most definitely love this book. Here the Legion's early stories are re-printed in full-color. This volume features such classic Legion stories as the death of Ferro Lad and the first adult Legion story. A must have volume for any Legion fan young or old.
