Meet the Author

Martine Batchelor spent ten years in a Korean monastery studying Zen Buddhism. She works as a lecturer and spiritual advisor, and her books include Principles of Zen, Walking on Lotus Flowers, and Buddhism and Ecology. She lives in the South of France.

    What a blessing!

    I was lucky to come across this book and I loved it from the first page! The advice given in this book is life-altering. Peace and balance are stressed and he teaches you how to gain them. Mindfulness and observing feelings are also stressed. If you are looking for a book that will change the way you see yourself and especially the way you FEEL, grab this one. I deal with anxiety, stress, anger.....all of those negative emotions much much better now.
