Overview

Let It Rain starts with a laboratory in Florida experimenting on sea life; jellyfish are one of the main subjects. When they die-or the scientists think they are dead-the jellyfish are thrown into a Dumpster for removal by the city once a week. The head of the lab gets tired of smelling the died fish and orders them removed any way possible. The fish get dumped off at a hotel by teenagers, who not only put them in the Dumpster, but in the pool and around it. Not all of the jellyfish are dead, and because of being genetically altered, they are capable of taking on the form of any living thing they come in contact with . . .
