Let Love In is a story about the life of Jenna Miller, a young A

Let Love In is a story about the life of Jenna Miller, a young Amish girl. Jenna is a widow with two children, Thomas and Lily, who finds it difficult to move on until she meets Daniel. Jenna and Daniel feel an immediate attraction and, although there are some obstacles, they eventually move forward in there relationship. What follows is an account of their life together and the many hardships Jenna must face.

I liked this story as a whole and having it combined into a single book is preferable to me because I personally don't care for stories that leave you hanging until the next book. I need for things tied up neat and tidy. The romance between Jenna and Daniel was sweet. That's the one word that comes to mind when I think of their story. They are such a cute couple and I looked forward to reading how their life together progressed. Becca Fisher tackled several issues that are prevalent in our lives today such as, Alzheimer's and stroke and that added depth to the story for me. Overall it was an enjoyable read. If you like Amish fiction you'll like Let Love In.

Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy of this book from Miss Becca Fisher for my honest review. The opinions expressed are mine alone. If I recommend a book its simply because I like it. I received NO monetary compensation for this review.

I didn't read about the author but I am not sure it is written by someone who knows a lot about the Amish -
Although Let Love In is about an Amish widow it did not read like most Amish stories. Can’t pinpoint all the differences, just the women came across as being too outspoken and the “humbleness” seemed more an afterthought than the normal living. The story was good it was just a completely different style of writing. With all that being said, it is on the FREE list and the reader has nothing to loose by choosing it.

    .

Extremely short. I do not think the author has the slightest idea about amish life. Nothing that happened would have happened in the amish life. Would not recommend.
