Meet the Author

Shantala Kay Russell began writing at age 17 for her High School newspaper,and was promoted from reporter to Editor of the Features Page.She worked for The Asheville Citizen Times as a free lance reporter. She was organizer of The Charlotte Write to Publish Group Meetup(over 1000 members) and recently moved to Athens, Georgia. Now age 69 she is a Granny - Nanny - Tutor and enjoys writing and teaching children age 7 and up to write (and read). She also does small editing jobs and coaches new writers who are interested in self-publishing.
