Raised in Marseille South France, growing up around food watching his Mom and family cook.
With a growing interest in cooking, and his enthusiasm for Culinary Arts David Joined RWA's Culinary Arts track, where he discover his love for baking. He made no excuses for himself, he worked hard and impressively excelled in his field.
After attending the Culinary Arts Institute of America and the New York New School, David developed a 12-week baking course, complete with textbook he developed himself.
David Ladjouzi now a Master Pastry Chef developed recipes combining elegant and taste.
