    You¿ve gotten the invite, you¿ve gotten excited and now you¿re anxious. It¿s an upscale restaurant that you¿ve always wanted to try but how can you make it thru dinner knowing if there¿s one ingredient hidden in the meal that your allergic to the result will not only be embarrassing but could be dangerous for you. Well, your in luck, help has arrived in the form of Let¿s Eat Out. After years of finding herself in the above scenario, Kim Koeller decided to do something about it. With her friend, Robert La France, a restaurant veteran, by her side they set out to make eating out a safe and enjoyable experience even for those with special dietary requirements. With Robert¿s knowledge of how things work behind the scenes in a restaurant they were able to come up with a set of guidelines. Their book offers simple suggestions such as calling ahead to see what the staff can handle, when the best time to dine would be, and to alert them of one¿s special needs.
