Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Marilyn Courtot
Baby is off for a very busy day. Mom is pulling her in a blue wagon filled with her favorite toys (a red car and a teddy bear). Next they head off in the car with baby snug in her car seat and still clutching the red car and the teddy bear. The trip is not over as they travel by train and then by stroller until they arrive to a waiting welcome by grandma. The modes of transportation may encourage discussion about other trips and the dog and cat featured at the start and end of the book may also remind children about their own pets. Some kids might wonder what happened to the red car and the teddy bear. Part of the "A Chock-A-Block Book" series of board books that are small and look a lot heavier than they really are.
