"Let's Go Europe 2010" is a Great Way to Decide What Countries You Want to Hit Up When Traveling Around Europe

Next year, I will be studying abroad in Scotland. The really exciting part is it will be a 4 day school week, meaning we get to travel around Europe during the weekends. My advisor told me to plan out which countries I most wanted to visit and recommended I hit-up a bookstore for research. When I got to Barne's and Noble, this book stuck out above the rest.
This is the most recent edition of a traveling abroad in Europe book and contained extensive information on the majority of the countries in Europe.
Though it is a bit of a read (tiny print and long paragraphs), it is definately worth it because you learn all the need-to-know information about each country. For instance, you are told the exchange rate for each country, best sites, best/cheapest ways to travel, price ranges of hostels to motels, and much more.
I really enjoyed the beginning of this book because it told you step by step how to begin planning your trip to Scotland. It told you what to watch out for, things you'll need to bring, and how to find the cheapest means of transporation. I also thought it was really neat that their were ads scattered throughout the book as well such as for Euro bus passes and hostel sites.
I definately recommend this book to those who are traveling to Europe for the first time this coming year. It has been very helpful for me in planning out exactly what countries I want to visit, what I want to see/do when I get there, and overall costs for my adventures.
