Meet the Author

Connie is the award winning author of five books and a co-editor, and creator of one Anthology to which she has contributed her poetry and art. She leads a monthly creative writing class for Habilitat, a drug rehab in Kaneohe. She is a member of the National League of American Pen Women and the Friends of the Library in Honolulu, where she also volunteers year-round. She is also a sustaining member of the Academy of American Poets.

    A Must Read!

    Connie D. fleshes out the enabler family quite well--her poetry is provocative and timely! In an age of waning values and drug addiction--this book is a wake-up to all who choose to enable the addict.
