    No i would not recommen Barnes & Noble web site

    I never received my book. I requested a refund September 6, 2011 and i have not received my money either. I was told that the tranaction was completed but my bank has NO record of a refund

    an advice to the lovelorn

    this book has certain exercises for helping you get over your love such as removing items that remind you of him, moving on with your life by actually getting a life of your own..however there are also other things that i disagreed with like smoking pot, having cheap, dangerous sex without a relationship, and other vulgur things..sometimes this book makes sense and sometimes this book is so absurd that its laughable...especially the part about suicidal tendencies..for christsakes women are not that weak! we are alot stronger than men think! yes, there are some who will commit suicide but that is a whole other book and a much more disturbing problem than losing a guy who is probably not good enough for you anyway. come on now! ladies, fight the good fight, you will survive, there are good men out there! you are not alone!

    Get over it, girlfriend!

    Geez, how many self-help books do we have to read to help us get over these guys? As they go, this one is only so-so. Better to read ones that provide some laughs along the way, like 'He's Just Not that into You,' or 'Never Kiss a Frog: A Girl's Guide to Creatures from the Dating Swamp.' Same messages -- but with humor and fun. Enough wallowing, let's chuckle instead and move on to find a prince!

    secular vs spiritual

    If you are on a spiritual path forget this book ! Advice ranges from engaging in boosting the ego techniques, recreational sex, smoking pot and drinking and 'acting as if' instead of being true to self. Meditation is a better alternative ! If you are spiritual you will find yourself laughing out loud ! To be fair there are a few good tidbits in the very end re. facilitation and negotiation but I do not feel that this book is truly about Letting Go in a real sense. Advise like...get a new outfit that shows your cleavage and wisper in your lovers ear that you feel you are being raped if this is your fantasy are real turn offs. Sometimes the book is just plain vulgar. Meant only for the truly secular among us ! No enlightenment HERE !

    dont waste your money

    yuck! I cant believe some of the advice in here. It was shocking such as you can find someone just to sleep with to keep you from feeling lonley.(So not healthy) also you can call him as much as you want the first week.(What if he dosent want you to?) I didnt even finish this my therapist friend and I had a good laugh over it though.

    Three Months To Freedom!

    It worked as promised. In three months I was 98% over my Ex, thanks to Letting Go! I'm a big fan of exercises, and this book is full of them. It gave me guidance and insight and really helped me through a hard time. I highly recommend it to all!

    Excellent!

    This book saved my life. I keep a copy on hand and passed one along to a friend and am about to send it to another one. It really helps you sort through your feelings and get over the heartache

    It's amazing how they know exactly how I am feeling!!

    This book is wonderful for a broken heart and the disillusionment we have for an ex-lover. If you were dumped this is a great book to help you move on one step at a time.
