I had watched the anime first then started reading this. But forgot where the anime had left off at, since its been a while. So I've been keeping up with the series. Another good volume. Art keeps getting better and better. I like how expressive the characters are drawn.

I have been reading the whole series and I love the concept of it. This series gives you a hint of what could happen if we begin to over censor things and allow it to be run as something not "by the people" but a hypocritical "for the people" stance. The characters are fleshed out well and have some interesting looks on life, plus the romance is done really well without being blown into a "harem, triangle, fighting to live" desperation type casting.
