This is an enormously helpful and practical book that picks up where David Kessler's new book, The End of Overeating, leaves off. Anne Katherine unpacks the topics that Kessler introduces, and turns them into a very clear, specific set of things to do (and, in some cases, not do). Best of all, 1) her program works, and 2) the book is easy to follow and a real pleasure to read. By far the best book on the subject. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. This is the book that tells us how to be more supportive of the efforts of those we love to lose weight. Invaluable.
