Overview

In order to achieve our greatest potential, we need individual freedom which is not subject to outside interference. Our potential is expanded if we are helped, by others, to achieve our ambitions. This assistance from others tends to be parasitized by those who would seek to rule us. We have thus developed an adversarial society where rulers tend to be dictators and where those rulers use fear, lies and propaganda to oppress us.

Deceit and misrepresentation is not confined to our rulers but is also common in all endeavors - for example in the areas of Health, Education and the Legal system - where certain individuals try to achieve supremacy.

Personal selfishness is not necessarily a bad thing but it can be disadvantageous to society as a whole by suppressing the talents of many who have much to offer.

In this book, we take a look at some common deviations of human behavior as well as some fears about global warming and over-population. We also consider how the human mind works and how it can be used to a person's advantage.
