If you will CHOOSE to let it, THIS BOOK CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

I read this book as a part of a Psychology of Relationship Development course. It is a very easy read and very true. It is PACKED with TRUTH and real life APPLICATIONS. It not only feeds you the knowledge you need to turn your life around and start having successful relationships but it tells you HOW! For some this book alone will solve anger issues, depression, etc. For others this book, along with a good Christian Counselor...will give them the help they need if they really want to choose to change. Changing is a long long process but I am starting to see things in a completely different way...and am taking the proper steps to turning my own life around. I am tired of hurting others that I love and that love me...and I now am starting to understand how my family history has affected me.
