    One Word-Edit!!!!!!!!!

Good story but full of 'that's impossible' moments. Most annoying is the constant change in font size, one paragraph or page is very small then it enlarges, goes medium or small-really distracting!

    Predictable but enjoyable reading

Although not very suspenseful, a very fun book to read. It's a 350 page book and I figured out the ending at about page 200, but still kept reading to see if I was right. Basically it's a human experiment story with a heroine whom you want to slap silly because of some of the things she does, and a villain who is pretty obvious. Good vacation reading.

This book was a free download. It was enjoyable to read. It kept my interest. The heroine acts somewhat stupidly in a number of situations which I found a bit irritating. Overall, the book was good.

    Good Read

At first I had some trouble getting into this book. But as I read on I started to figure out some things. I read the previous reviews, someone mention around page 200 it starts getting interesting. They weren't lying.

    Unique story

What drew me to read was the lure of Maya culture mixed with a modern day plot. It turns out, while that element is there it's not the main plot. While I found this was a page turner, it was one of those books where I could not suspend my belief. I also do not like books written in first person.

    Highly disappointing - don't download.

This book would have been a great read if every word that dealt with the main character was edited out. As a female I was "GREATLY" insulted by the stupidity of the main character. I know that every female character isn't Angelina Jolie "Mrs. Smith". But Mr. Hoover could have given Morgan at least 2 brain cells to rub together. Even as a free book it is a waste of your time that you can't get back.

    very bad... leave it alone

This book needs some master editing, it could be written in 300 pages. In many places it just goes on and on about her hair, her boyfriend etc. By the way for you guys... this is a girlie book, I think Thomas Hoover is a women writing under a mans name.I read another book by the same girl er guy and it was the same thing.... no more... oh wait I see the publisher is hoover, so it's self published no wonder it got in print

    Different

This story was definitely unique. The ending was a tad bit cheesy, but not unbareable. If you are looking for something with a unusual plot, check this one out.

    Don't waste your time

A great example of really awful writing. My only excuse for making it through to the end of the book is being sick and not feeling up to doing anything else. MamaBearJB

    Perfect beach book

Story line great but not well written. I got tired of the inner dialogue the main character had.....i get it. I know what shes pondering. Otherwise this was a good time killer for the beach or whatever.

    Editing is a good thing!!!

I can't tell you whether this is a good read or not because the editing is AWFUL! In the first few pages I've experienced 3 font sizes ranging from "teeny-weeny" to "holy moly that's huge". It is distracting and annoying... and I just don't want to finish this.

    Who does this editing, anyway?

    LONG and drawn out

Albeit, I am only on page 432 of 700+ of this book, I have come to realize whay this book is more than 700 pages long.... the main character is not only predictably inane, but also inexplicatably brave. Would you believe in a character who, one pages ago didn't see an obvious trap and wondered about it for a endlessly boring chapter, Then realizes with enough time to avoid it, but decides to fall into it as the best way to get where she wants to be, but wait... then she is surprised when the trap is finally laid. And is heartbroken, then resolved that this is again a good way to complete her goal and too brave to believe on completing her mission. Does it sound like I am rambling? So does this book. Idon't know if I have the patience to finish the last 300 pages since I feel like I already know the ending before the halfway mark.

    Don't Bother

Changing fonts/font sizes really irritating. Lots of time spent on build up and never goes back to close the loop. Heroine is neurotic and spacey. Just not worth the time.

    Ok

I am about half way thru. I have quit and started this book many times. Yes it gets somewhat interesting at around page 200 but still not by much. Honestly it is driving me crazy. I might have to stop reading and go on something good. Like sookie stakehouse.
