    This really helped!

I've read a handful of self help books in my time, from the overhyped Tony Robbins to the understated 'I'm ok, you're ok.' But this book stands out from the pack! Step by step, I worked my way through from start to finish, and attribute much of my recent successes to having started and followed through on this prescription for personal renewal. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to get their life in order and aim it, as the authors say, 'at a future worth living in.'
