Focus on the value of life

'Life is an Attitude' is the autobiography of Ron Heagy. The book starts out when he's on spring break vacation in California of his senior year. He has a terrible surfing accident and is paralyzed from the neck down. The story continues throughout his life as a quadriplegic and how through all of his struggles he relies on God to help him through it all. He didn't let his disability stop him. He graduated from college, successfully wrote a book, typing every word with a mouth stick, is married and is an amazing painter. He travels throughout the country telling his story and inspiring both able and disabled teens everywhere. <p>This book teaches that through everything, if you depend on God, you will always succeed. Ron Heagy successfully included drama, action, romance and even humor. 'Life is an Attitude' is never a boring story, at times there is so much suspense readers want to skip ahead just to see what happens. Sometimes it makes one want to cry or laugh hysterically. The story itself was well-written and meaningful. It really makes the little things we take for granted more important and it helps one to focus on the value of life.
