I really love this app. Instead of having to write or journal everything you want to accomplish health-wise during the day, you simply pick how many of something you want to eat (e.g. fruits and veggies) or how long to workout or even have religious/spiritual time. When you've accomplished parts of your goal, simply tap the image and you're done. It takes all of the hassle out of tracking! A great app!

This is crippleware, unlike other FREE AND USEFUL weightloss apps for the Nook available in the Nook Store.
Now I know that it says right up top in the discription that this app doesn't include weight managememt. Don't know how I missed that, but somehow I did.
But without weight management, what's the point? What can a weightloss app do without dealing with weightloss?
I looked at everything it WOULD let me do, and still couldn't figure out the point. It just aggravated me.
And I have NO idea what those 5 or so glowing reviews were talking about. No one can honestly say that they were able to get anything usefull out of this app. Maybe they got fooled into the good reviews, right after you enter your name and weight, the app inapproprietly begs you to post reviews on Facebook, Twitter, and Barnes and Noble. I can only assume the reviewers got taken by the request for reviews, and when they ran into trouble, just deleted or archived the app and moved on. Not realizing they could replace their review.
The only other reason for those glowing reviews that *I* can think of is that they were reviewing the PAY app, and somehow those got mis-posted here.
Anyway, since I'm NOT reviewing their pay app, and I feel like they jerked my chain just by presenting THIS free app as a useful app when it's not, I'm giving it a 1 for wasting my time and bandwidth.
Cripple-ware is always a problem for publishers and potential customers. The publishers don't want to give away the good-stuff, but limiting usefulness often gives potential customers a bad impresion.
My recomendation to the publishers would be to release a TIME-LIMITED evaluation app that gives people between 2 weeks and a month to make up their minds, with a prominent countdown timer indicating how much time they have left before the app wont work anymore.

Not bad for a free app. You definitely get what you paid for--not much. It is easy to set goals and to mark them as complete. The progress page no longer works for me and the journal is difficult to use.
