All of us and everything around us are made of elementary particles of energy. Not only is your body made of these particles, which author Ilchi Lee has dubbed LifeParticles, but so is your consciousness. When you view the world as LifeParticles through meditation, you take on the consciousness of that fundamental level. It's one of oneness, vastness, and limitless creative potential-the consciousness that has been achieved by meditation masters for centuries. With that consciousness, you can use LifeParticles, and what you picture becomes reality with the added power of your focused action. You are naturally a creator, says author Ilchi Lee. Read an Excerpt

A winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics, German physicist Werner Heisenberg, called elementary particles "grains of infinite potential."

Eastern philosophy and medicine has long held the concept of life energy, called ki, chi, qi, or prana, depending on the culture. Western mystical traditions have also called the mysterious force that animates life by various names. Science has the universe being made of tiny bits of combined matter and energy. I put together the term LifeParticles to describe all of these things in to illustrate the relationship between consciousness, matter, and energy clearly, a relationship that underlies all "life,” both animate and inanimate. "LifeParticle” combines the world of consciousness and energy, or life, with the world of matter, or particle. … By using the word LifeParticles, I believe people can understand more easily that elementary particles are not separate from consciousness and that everything is both energy and matter.

If the fundamental building blocks of everything are a combination of energy, matter, and consciousness, as a being with consciousness, then, you have the ability to affect these building blocks and manifest your reality. The Buddhist Flower Garland Sutra says that "everything is created by the mind," and the Law of Attraction states that continuing to imagine what you want turns it into reality. The power of LifeParticles manifests when consciousness, or information, is coupled with particles. LifeParticles usually exist in a neutral state until some information is added to them. Then they are moved by that information and create tangible objects and definite events based on it.

Through LifeParticles, the thoughts in your mind are the seeds of your present and future experiences that will blossom when given enough energy from your focused attention and action. Your thoughts also color your perspective, and so influence how you experience LifeParticles in the form of the external and internal stimuli that come your way. By understanding the principles behind how LifeParticles operate and learning how to use them through LifeParticle Meditation, you can choose your thoughts and emotions and focus your mind. In so doing, you create your experiences. You can be the miracle-maker of your life.

This is not just a book, it's an event.  It's a welcome relief to be able to put the years of questions,
probing and study of new age hoopla aside and say-ahhh now I get it.   This book put a lot of pieces
From a lot of different books together for me and I thank you Ilchi Lee for bringing me home. *****
