    Love this series!

This series has gotten me excited about reading again. The way it's written, it's like a television show. Kudos for this author for writing books like this. I love it and am addicted! Can't wait for the next books.

    more from this reviewer

Another one? Oh dear God, she's very special!

As a second book in a series of five books, it had not disappointed me at all. I do really love the book, although I was hoping something different for Kalina. Another one? Come on, I can barely love one guy; just imagine four at the same time, all of them related in some way. And I will always be Team Jaegar, by the way. I don't care who his sire is. I didn't like the new guy, he gave me creeps. But I liked "Life's Blood", and I am waiting for the third one. Good work from Gow, this is an addictive new series; I'm re-reading the books.

Love this twist on the overcrowded YA paranormal genre. Life's B

Love this twist on the overcrowded YA paranormal genre. Life's Blood is such a fresh and original idea when it comes to vampires and finding a cure to become human for them. This series took an age-old vampire lore and brought a fresh twist to the genre when it first came out in 2010. For those who haven't read it and wants a vampire series to get into, then this one has incredible action, danger, passion, and humor. Highly recommend it!

    Don't buy it.

It's not very good. It's all over the place and confusing. Very frustrating to find that the first book and this one could just be separate. Waste of $ at close to 100 pages. Regret buying it.
