I found this book a read which was flat and uninspiring. A real hodge podge of words and pictures with a dated design.

Easy to read with hints and tips for ways to maintain our health and fitness and enjoy life. There's even funny bits! Great yoga sessions in the book for do it yourself simple yet effective yoga classes and in the privacy of your own space and your own time not to mention a good work out! there are a few different classes in the book to choose from depending on the seasons of the year. I thoroughly enjoyed it and have read it from front to back. My friend also enjoyed other parts of the book, on the mind and ways of thinking. It is a great book to keep on hand. Always something of interest.
